Phosphorylation is an ever-present method of protein modification in the living cell. By monitoring this activity, a researcher can verify whether or not key cellular pathways have been activated, and these pathways can lead to cell proliferation and differentiation.

Through the use of our RTK phosphorylation antibody array I, convenient, rapid detection of Phosphorylation can be achieved, and labor-intensive analyses such as immunoprecipitation or Western blotting can be avoided. Simply add treated or untreated cell lysate to the membrane or glass slide, wash, add biotinylated anibody, and then detect using HRP-streptavidin or Alexa Fluor 555-conjugated Streptavidin. The signal can then be read in the appropriate device and analyzed. Simple and rapid! Contact us and we’ll be glad to tell you about this valuable research tool!

Features:

*
Affordable and cost effective for routine use
Protein phosphorylation plays an unusually prominent role in cell signaling, development and growth. The RayBio® Human Phosphorylation antibody array kits are a very rapid, convenient and sensitive assay to simultaneously detect multiple protein phosphorylation and can be used to monitor activation or function of important biological pathways. RayBiotech is committed to develop a series of phosphorylation antibody arrays. Our first product in this series is RayBio® Human Phosphorylation antibody array I, which is specifically designed for simultaneously identifying the relative levels of phosphorylation of seventy-one different Human Receptor Tyrosine Kinases (RTKs) in cell lysate. By monitor changes in protein tyrosine phosphorylation in your experimental model system, you can verify pathway activation in your cell lines without spending excess time and effort in performing an analysis of immunoprecipitation and/or Western Blot.
By using
RayBio® Human Phosphorylation antibody array I, treated or untreated cell lysate is added into antibody array chip (either membranes or glass slides). The antibody array chips are washed and biotinylated anti-phosphotyrosine antibody is used to detect phosphorylated tyrosines on activated receptors. After incubation with HRP-streptavidin or Alexa Fluor 555-streptavidin, the signals are visualized by chemiluminescence or fluorescence imaging system.
