Purification	Protein G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add 500 ul sterile PBS to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 200 ug/ml.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized antibody is stable for 2 years at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for six months in working aliquots at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
