Description	TIE2 is an endothelial-specific receptor tyrosine kinase and a receptor for angiopoietins. TIE2 is predominantly expressed in the endothelium and it is likely involved in the regulation of vascular maturation and stability.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered solution in PBS
Immunogen	Recombinant mouse TIE2 extracellular domain
Purification	Protein G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add 400 ul sterile PBS to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 500 ug/ml.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized antibody is stable for 2 years at -80C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for six months in working aliquots at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
