KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of amino acids within aa106-134 in the central region of human LPAR6, UniProt Accession #P43657.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This gene aligns with an internal intron of the retinoblastoma susceptibility gene in the reverse orientation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50
Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
