Description	MET Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli consists of 199 amino acids (18-217 a.a.) fused to a GST tag and has a total molecular mass of 50kDa (including GST). The MET is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles. Formulation and Purity: MET is supplied in 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5) with 10mM L-glutathione (reduced).
