Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The NDRG1 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1mM PMSF and 10% Glycerol. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Biological Activity: Measured in a cell proliferation assay using MCF7 cell. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5 - 1.5ng/ml, corresponding to a Specific Activity of 666, 000 -2, 000, 000 IU/mg.
