Hepatitis C Virus NS5 Genotype-2 Recombinant

Description: The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS5 Genotype2 immunodominant regions.
Physical Appearance and Stability: HCV NS5 Genotype-2 although stable at 4° C for 1 week, should be stored below -18° C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: 25mM Tris and 1mM EDTA, 1.5M urea & 50% glycerol. HCV NS5 Genotype-2 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Application: HCV NS5 Genotype-2 antigen is syuitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
