Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using GAD65(107-11048) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled at 1:2500.
GAD65 antibody detects GAD2 protein at cytosol on RT2 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded RT2 xenograft.
