Description
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes, with advantages in brightness and photostability compared to other dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF® 640R has excitation/emission at 642/662 nm. Kit Components:
  • CF® 640R tyramide stock solution
  • HRP Streptavidin
  • BSA for blocking
  • Amplification buffer
  • Hydrogen peroxide 30% stablized solution
We also offer Tyramide Amplification Kits with HRP goat anti-rabbit or HRP streptavidin.
