Description	miRNA First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix provides all the necessary components for cDNA synthesis from miRNA. High efficient poly(A) tail addition and first-strand cDNA synthesis are performed miRNA RT Enzyme Mix (containing tailing enzyme and RT enzyme) and 2xTS miRNA Reaction Mix. This kit permits simple procedure to realize reverse transcription of miRNA-containing samples like total RNA or small RNAs. During the procedure, other RNAs like mRNA and snRNA can also be reverse transcripted.
