AceMag Viral DNA/RNA Isolation Kit

AceMag Viral DNA/RNA Kit is designed for the rapid and reliable isolation of viral RNA and viral DNA from whole blood, serum, plasma, saliva and other body fluids. The kit utilizes our unique high-capacity magnetic bead technology which can enable purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities. In addition to easily being adapted with automated systems, this procedure can also be scaled up or down depending on the amount of starting sample. The purified DNA/RNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, Southern Blot analysis, genotyping, sequencing and more. The system allows for automation after sample lysis via Hamilton STAR, Thermo KingFisher Flex, Applied Biosystems MagMAX, Qiagen Biosprint, and other liquid handling instruments.
