WB	Suggested starting dilution 1/1, 000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.
ELISA	Suggested starting dilution 1/500. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of <10 ng/well of rhuman IL-6 (RF0032).
