Description	CyLyte Fluor 5 dye has the same organic dye structure as that of Cy5. The CyLyte Fluor 5 dye is a far-red fluorescent label suitable for protein and nucleic acid conjugations used widely in imaging, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry and FRET applications. It has significant advantages owing to its longer spectral wavelength over other fluorophores in minimizing the effect of potentially autofluorescent biological specimens and having pH insensitivity.
