Preparation: This antibody was produced from a goat immunized with the purified Human IgA
Purification and Storage:The IgG fraction of immunized serum was purified by antigen affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity: By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with human IgA. Cross-reactivity with IgG, IgM and light chains is less than 0.1%. This antibody may cross-react with IgA from other species.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute the antibody with 100ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 1000ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
