Physical Appearance and Stability: Toxoplasma Protein although stable at 4° C for 1 week, should be stored below -18° C.  Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: (1mg/ml) 50mM Tris pH 8, 1.5M urea and 50% glycerol. Toxoplasma protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Application: Toxoplasma antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of Toxoplasma gondii- with minimal specificity problems.
