Description	Our Anti-SUR1 and SUR2B mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N323A/31. It detects mouse and rat SUR1 and SUR2B, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	SUR1 and SUR2B are members of the ATP binding cassette transporter subfamily C. These proteins combine with KCNJ8(Kir6.1) or KCNJ11(Kir6.2) to form K+ATP channels and are involved in their regulation and activation.
