Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa101-115, VIDEEWQRTQCSPRE, from human Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D.

VEGF-D belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family and is active in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis and endothelial cell growth, stimulating their proliferation and migration as well as effects on the permeability of blood vessels (Ref: SWISSPROT).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
