COUP-TFI, a NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-Like receptor, has been shown to regulate steroid/thyroid receptor pathways and is essential for neurogenesis, organogenesis, metabolism, homeostasis, and cell fate determination. COUP-TFI mediates the elaboration and patterning of anterior neural gene expression in vertebrates, possibly via effects on the retinoic acid signaling pathways.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000
Immunohistochemistry(Paraffin): 5ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
