BCL7B (NP_001698, 124aa-202aa) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.

The protein encoded by this gene contains a region that is highly similar to the N-terminal segment of BCL7A protein. The BCL7A protein is encoded by the gene known to be directly involved in a three-way gene translocation in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line. This gene is located at a chromosomal region commonly deleted in Williams syndrome. The function of this gene has not yet been determined. [provided by RefSeq

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
