Human and bovine placental collagen type IV

Applications:
Suitable for use in Dot and Slot blot, FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
*Dot and Slot blot: 1:100-1:500
FLISA: 1:1000-1:4000
*Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10-1:40
Immunocytochemistry: 1:10-1:20
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

*Note: Harsh chemicals or procedures involving heat may denature collagen epitopes. We recommend avoiding such actions when using this antibody.

Positive Controls:
Kidney, muscle, tendon spleen tissue

Negative Control:
Neurons/glia

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
