Suggested Working Concentration or Dilution Range	10-20 µg / ml Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.
Infomation	Based on antigen-binding assay, Western blotting, and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with the light chains on rat IgG and with those common to other rat immunoglobulins. Reaction is primarily with kappa light chains. The antibody does not react with the heavy chain of rat IgG. The antibody has been tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine, goat, horse, human, mouse, rabbit and sheep immunoglobulins, but it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
