Purification method	This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution	CD370 (CLEC9A) in mice is expressed on CD8+ DCs and at low levels by plasmacytoid DCs.
Background	CLEC9A, also known as DNGR1 is defined as a type II membrane protein with a single extracellular C-type lectin domain¹. CLEC9A is involved with adaptive immune response during infection. Additionally, CLEC9A, is being investigated for potential to enhance immune responses produced by vaccines.
Immunogen	RBL-2H3 cells expressing mouse DNGR-1 fused to an HA epitope.

Storage	This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Application Notes	Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
