Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for up to twelve months. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1) is a small cytokine with mitogenic properties belonging to the CXC chemokine family that was previously called GRO1 oncogene, GROα, KC, Neutrophil-activating protein 3 (NAP-3) and melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha (MSGA-α).1 CXCL1 is expressed by macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells.2 CXCL1 plays a role in spinal cord development by inhibiting the migration of oligodendrocyte precursors and is involved in the processes of angiogenesis, inflammation, wound healing.3, 4

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Neutralization: This antibody is useful for neutralization of Mouse CXCL1 bioactivity. The antibody dose required to neutralize 50% (ND₅₀) of the biological activity of Mouse CXCL1 (at 30 ng/ml) is 0.05 - 0.25 µg/ml.
