Working Concentration	It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. FC: 1:100 - 1:800IF: 1:100 - 1:800Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
Formulation	This secondary antibody conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Product Preparation	This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
Immunogen	Purified Chicken IgY/IgG (H& L) (> 98%)
