Manufacturer - Specificity	Mouse Anti-Human CD81 (Clone 1.3.3.22) recognizes Human CD81. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD81 reacts with the human CD81 (TAPA-1), a 24 kDa member of the TM4 super family of proteins with four transmembrane domains. The antibody has been shown to have anti-proliferative effects on different lymphoid cell lines, particularly those of large cell lymphoma derivation.
