Working Concentration	It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. FC: 1:100 - 1:800IF: 1:100 - 1:800Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
Formulation	This DyLight® 594 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
