Manufacturer - Application Additional Information	P-ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000 WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 38kDa band in Mouse Fetal Brain lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that an explanation cannot currently be found in literature for the band observed given the calculated size of 28.6kDa according to NP_009015.1. The 38kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
