Description of target	Receptor for IL27. Requires IL6ST/gp130 to mediate signal transduction in response to IL27. This signaling system acts through STAT3 and STAT1. Involved in the regulation of Th1- type immune responses. Also appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms.

Purification	This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Immunogen	This IL27RA antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 569-602 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human IL27RA.
