Description of target	c-Jun N-terminal Kinase (JNK) is a Stress Activated Protein Kinase/Map Kinase (SAPK/MAPK). There are three isoforms, JNK1 (ca.49 kDa), JNK2 (ca.55 kDa), and JNK3 (ca.54 kDa). JNK is dually phosphorylated at Thr 183 and Tyr 185 by protein kinases MKK4 and MKK7. The JNK and p38 pathways function to modulate cell-cycle, apoptotic and transcriptional responses to stress.
Purification	The Rabbit IgG is purified by site-modified Epitope Affinity Purification.
