Reconstitution and storage	Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml. Store at -20C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Description of target	Gap junction alpha-4 protein(GJA4), also called CX37 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GJA4 gene. This gene is mapped to 1p34.3. This gene encodes a member of the connexin gene family. The encoded protein is a component of gap junctions, which are composed of arrays of intercellular channels that provide a route for the diffusion of low molecular weight materials from cell to cell. Mutations in this gene have been associated with atherosclerosis and a higher risk of myocardial infarction. CX37 had been shown to reflect the stage and maturity of luteinized follicles in animal studies.
