Description	The Matched Pair Paraffin Tissue (MPPT) slides are designed for identifying tumor-specific/metastasis genes or proteins. Slices from normal and malignant tissues are mounted on each MPPT slide which can then be treated as a single histological slide for H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, or in situ hybridization. This format allows a rapid analysis of protein expression and localization across normal and cancerous tissue.
Reconstitution and storage	Preparation: Tissue slides contain 4 um sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue (1-2 cm x 1-2 cm) affixed to positively charged glass slides. The normal and carcinoma tissues are arrayed on slides from left to right. Tissue diagnosis was performed by certified pathologists.Storage: Stable for up to two years when stored in a cool, dry lab area.
Application info	Immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), in-situ hybridization (ISH) and fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH). 10 um tissue sections are recommended for ISH applications to avoid false negative results. 10 um single tissue slides are available upon request. This product has not been evaluated for effectiveness in ISH or FISH applications. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user.)
