Manufacturer - Application Additional Information	For blocking in ELISA applications, we recommend using a 1/4 dilution of the reconstituted solution. For blocking in Western Blotting applications, we recommend using the reconstituted solution neat. For washing applications, we recommend a 1/10 dilution of the reconstituted solution, and adding Tween 20 to a level of 0.05-0.2% v/v. For use as a test sample or secondary antibody diluent, we recommend a 1/10 dilution of the reconstituted solution.
