Description	Human MCP-1 Recombinant, Human Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP-1/MCAF) Recombinant Recombinant Human MCP-1 is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 76 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 8, 607 Da. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Gln-Pro-Asp-Ala-Ile.
Reconstitution and storage	The lyophilized product, though stable for 3 weeks at room temperature, is best stored at -20C. After reconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at 2 to 8C. Long term, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
