Reconstitution: Use 0.05-0.5 M acetic acid, pH 2.5 at 4C. Dissolved collagen retains immunologic properties of native collagen types I+III. Thermal denaturation converts dissolved collagen to gelatin. Storage: Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. After reconstitution store at -20°C. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
