Description of target	SERPINI1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 395 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 44.6kDa. SERPINI1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Biological activity	Determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of rat C6 cells using a concentration range of 0.3-0.6 I¼g/ml.
Formulation	The protein was lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution in 1Ã-PBS, pH 7.4.
Purity	Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
