Reconstitution and storage	It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Urokinase in sterile 18M Omega -cm H₂O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Lyophilized Urokinase although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution Urokinase should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Description of target	Urokinase is a two-chain glycoprotein containing 411 amino acids with 12 disulfide bonds. Urokinase (UK) is a serine protease, which is one of biological plasminogen activators. It is involved in a number of biological functions including fibrinolysis, embryogenesis, cell migration, tissue remodeling, ovulation, and wound healing. It can be obtained from human urine or kidney cell culture.
