Description	The 61D3 monclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD14, a co-receptor for bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS). It is expressed on some dendritic cells, monocytes, and neutrophils. CD14 is involved in the body’s innate immune response and cytokine expression in monocytes and neutrophils.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
