Description	The CB15 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD16, a low affinity Fc receptor. It is expressed on NK, neutrophils, macrophages, monocytes, and placental trophoblasts. CD16 is expressed in CD16a and CD16b forms. CD16a is a polyeptide anchored transmembrane protein and CD16b is a monomeric glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein found in neutrophils. CD16 is reported to be involved in NK cell activation and signal transduction.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
