Description	The AER-37 (CRA1) antibody binds to the FC epsilon receptor I alpha subunit (FceR1a), a 50 kDA transmembrane protein. It is part of a tetrameric receptor complex composed from one alpha subunit, one beta subunit, and two gamma subunits. The FceR1a binds and is upregulated by the presence of IgE. It plays a role in prompting the allergic reactions mediated by IgE.
Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
