Description	The TM-beta1 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD122, a beta chain shared by the IL-2 and IL-15 receptors. It is expressed by B cells, T cells, and NK cells and can be used as a marker for NK-cell progenitors. CD122 forms complexes involved in immunoregulation and signal transduction. The TM-beta1 antibody is reported to block the binding of IL-2 and IL-15 to the IL-2 beta receptor.
