Description	The HMJ1-29 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and rat CD339 (Jagged 1), a type 1 transmembrane Notch receptor ligand. It is expressed by macrophages and certain stromal, epithelial, dendritic, and thymic lymphoid cells. It has been reported to be play a role in Treg induction, Th2 polarization, neurogenesis, and cardiovascular development.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
