Description	The 24F monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with CD86 (B7-2), a 90 kDA surface receptor present on antigen presenting cells and activated B and T cells. CD86 is a ligand for CD28 and CD152 and plays an essential role in B cell-T cell costimulatory interactions. The 24F antibody is capable of blocking the co-stimulatory activity of CD86.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
