Protein Function	Required for high-level Shh responses in the developing neural tube. Together with TBC1D32, controls the structure of the primary cilium by coordinating assembly of the ciliary membrane and axoneme, allowing GLI2 to be properly activated in response to SHH signaling (By similarity). Involved in cell growth. Activates CDK2, a kinase involved in the control of the cell cycle, by phosphorylating residue 'Thr-160'.

Description	The CCRK Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor CCRK protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of CCRK in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on CCRK.
