Protein Function	Specifically phosphorylates the agonist-occupied form of the beta-adrenergic and closely related receptors, probably inducing a desensitization of them. Key regulator of LPAR1 signaling. Competes with RALA for binding to LPAR1 thus affecting the signaling properties of the receptor. Desensitizes LPAR1 and LPAR2 in a phosphorylation-independent manner.

Description	The GRK2 (Phospho-Ser29) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor GRK2 (Phospho-Ser29) protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of GRK2 (Phospho-Ser29) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on GRK2 (Phospho-Ser29).
