Description	CDH11 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 601 amino acids (54-617 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 66.2kDa. CDH11 is fused to a 37 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Protein function	Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types.
Purification	Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
