Immunogen	HLA Class 2 Antigen DRw52.
Specificity	Recognizes a polymorphic determinant on HLA-DR molecules which is associated with DR3, DR5, and DRw6 (DRw52-like). Does not react with DRw8. Recognizes part of the HLA-D molecules (29+34kD). Determinant is strongly expressed on DR3 positive cells and more weakly on DR5 and DRw6 positive cells. Species Crossreactivity: chimpanzee, macacaapes and gorilla.
Description	Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:10, preferably in PBS plus 1% BSA and 0.01% sodium azide. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
