Description	Recombinant Human CCR8 Protein-VLP is expressed from HEK293.It contains Met1-Leu355 (It may have cross reaction with anti-His antibody).
Background	CC chemokine receptor (CCR) 8 (previously called CKR-L1 or TER1 and designated CD198), which is expressed on Th2 cells and eosinophils, has been implicated in allergic diseases. CCR8 may regulate monocyte chemotaxis and thymic cell line apoptosis and is alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, 300mM L-Arginine (pH 7.4). Notice: If you need it for immunization, water-soluble adjuvant is recommended.
