Description	Our Human Carbamylated LDL ELISA Kit Is a sandwich ELISA for the detection of human carbamylated LDL (CBL-LDL) In plasma, serum, and other biological fluids. LDL precipitated samples or standards are added to an anti-CBL antibody coated plate and Incubated to capture carbamylated LDL. Next, a biotinylated anti-apoB-100 antibody Is added, followed by a streptavidin enzyme conjugate for detection. The absorbance Is read at 450nm and the level of CBL-LDL In samples Is determined based on the provided CBL-LDL standard curve.
