Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 50mM Tris-HCl, 300mM sodium chloride, 100mM imidazole, pH 8.0. Reconstitute with 200ul of ddH2O.

Multiple Tag is a specially designed fusion protein for use as a positive control for Western blot or Dot blot. The fusion protein is a 40kD protein containing 16 commonly used tags from N-terminus to C-terminus in the order as shown in the table:

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized product is stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
