Cross-Reactivity	No cross reaction with albumin fraction of goat serum. No cross reaction with albumin fraction of other animal species. No background was seen on human tissue sections.
Description	Antibodies were raised in rabbit to goat IgG, IgM and IgA. Specific antibodies were absorbed by incubation with Sepharose-bound goat immunoglobulins. Specific antibodies were eluted by acidic buffer at pH 2.5 followed by neutralization and dialysis. After repeated binding with immobilized goat immunoglobulines a minimum of 65% protein bound. The purified polyclonal was conjugated to horseradish peroxidase according to the periodate method followed by gel-filtation and ion-exchange chromatography to clear unbound conjugate.
Formulation	1 ml purified rabbit antiserum at 1.2 mg/ml protein in 50% glycerol with 0.1 M NaCl, 0.01M sodium phosphate at pH 7.5.
